These shopping terms and conditions apply to any private purchase with When you order goods from us, you accept our terms and conditions to form a legally binding agreement between Trimtex Sport AS and you as our customer. For this reason, we ask you to read through our shopping terms and conditions before shopping with us. The contract is in English.

General terms

We deliver to all of Europe, with the exceptions of Greenland and the Faroe Islands. All web shop prices are given including VAT.
All expenses relating to the purchase; goods and any fees and shipping, will be clearly stated throughout the purchase process, before the actual payment is made in the web shop. 

Offers are valid while stock lasts and within the timeframe stated in the relevant campaign. Errors in stock counts and erroneous pricing due to technical web shop errors may occur. If one or more of the goods you order are not in stock, we will ship the goods that are in stock, and credit you the missing good(s). 
Discount codes are only valid for full-price goods, unless otherwise stated. Certain discount codes are personal, and we reserve the right to decline certain orders and cancel discount codes if we suspect they are being abused. Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code can be used per order. 
In case of offers that give the buyer the right to get a free item with purchase, the specified demands for the offer to be valid must be fulfilled. If you choose to return your goods and the demands thus no longer apply, we will ask you to refund the sum equalling the actual value of the item. 
When shopping with Trimtex, you can choose whether to register as a customer, or to shop as a guest. You can create an account under ”My account” or when you are making your first purchase. You need a valid e-mail address to register. We deliver to all of Europe, with the exceptions of Greenland and the Faroe Islands. You need to be 18 years or older to shop with us. When shopping with us, you are obliged to provide your e-mail and phone number. 
If a club, team or company places the order for collected delivery outside of the web shop, shipping costs will be estimated based on the final weight of the shipment. We can supply this upon request, but if not requested, the shipping costs will only be stated on the invoice. 
Certain campaigns give you the opportunity for a free item or to purchase an item at reduced cost if you purchase other product(s). If you return items, thus discontinuing the cause of the discount, we will charge you the regular value of the item. 

Orders for club/company/team 

When ordering uniquely designed garments for club, company or team, we will send an order confirmation to our contact person in the organisation in question. The order confirmation will state prices and relevant products. For an order to be put into production, the order confirmation must be approved by e-mail. Once the customer has approved the order, Trimtex is no longer responsible for any errors that might occur on the order confirmation. 



We have no hidden costs. All costs relating to the purchase, goods and any fees and shipping are clearly stated during the purchase process, before payment is processed. Various costs, such as item price, VAT, shipping and invoice fees, are specified. All discount prices are valid while in stock or within the time frame stated in campaigns and newsletters. All stated prices include VAT. 
Errors in pricing and stock counts, as well as erroneous pricing in the shopping basket or during the payment process may occur. If this were to happen, we will get in touch so that we together might find a mutually satisfactory solution.

Payment Methods
Shopping with is safe, and you can choose several secure payment methods. All prices are stated in Euros. Shipping costs are added to the price. Depending on chosen payment form, a payment fee may also be added. 

Credit Cards

You can use Visa and MasterCard with Trimtex. Your security matters, which is why we cooperate with companies like Ayden. Ayden is one of the leading providers of web shop payment solutions in the Nordic countries. When shopping in our web shop, the purchase sum will first be reserved, and the money is only credited to your account once the order has shipped. 



PayPal is a secure and easy way to pay and to receive payments online. By using this service, everybody can pay they way they want to – using credit card, bank account, PayPal, Smart Connect or their Paypal balance – without having to share their payment information. 
Using PayPal incurs no fees. 
We offer free shipping on all orders of more than EUR 150. On orders below the value of EUR 150, there is a fixed shipping fee of EUR 9. We charge no invoice or order processing fees. 


PostNord, DHL, TNT, Omniva, DPD

Your shipment will be sent to the nearest Postoffice, mail-in-store or other point of mail delivery. You will receive an SMS message and/or a delivery slip once the shipment has arrived and is ready for collection. Normal shipping time once the shipment leaves our warehouse, is 2 to 4 working days. 

Delivery Times For Private Customers 

Normal delivery time is 2–4 working days after placing your order. By ordering on a Monday, you will normally receive your order sometime between Wednesday and Friday. Shipping will occasionally be a bit slower, but we are doing all we can to get your items to you as quickly as possible. 
All orders above EUR 150 are shipped to all of Europe free of charge, using our partner PostNord.
Please make sure to write your address correctly when placing the order, and to mark you mail box clearly with your name. Occasionally, parcel that were not picked up at the delivery point are returned to us. This might be due to the delivery slip not having reached the recipient due to an error in the address. 

Delivery Times For Club/Company/Team

Delivery times will vary slightly depending on season, but is normally within 5 to 8 weeks. Once the order has been approved, we will notify you of the expected delivery week. The delivery time is estimated from when the approved order is received until the shipment has arrived at your mailing point or your organisation. 

Sample Loans

The normal loaning time for samples is 3 weeks. If we have agreed to a longer loan, this will be stated on the loaning confirmation in the parcel we send you. If you need to extend the loan, please contact your sales representative so we can register this and you will not receive irrelevant reminders. 
We ask you to treat the products gently. It's of the utmost importance that the garments are returned undamaged, unstained and clean. 
If you wish to test the garments while working out, this has to be set up with the sales representative ahead of shipment. When shipping test collections and loaner samples, Trimtex covers the cost of shipping to the client. We also include a return slip, making it easy for you to return the garments to us.

Cooling-Off Period (valid for private customers)

Trimtex operates with a 30-day cooling-off period, starting the day you or your representative (though not the shipper) physically receives the goods (in case of partial deliveries, the final goods). In order to use the cooling-off period and return your purchase, it's vital that you let us know within 30 days of receipt. You don't need to state a reason for cancelling your purchase. 
If you wish to cancel your entire order, you will be debited what you are owed no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. You will receive an e-mail once we have processed your returned goods. If you used a card to pay, the money will be debited to the card you charged your purchase to. 
You can use your cooling-off rights by notifying us, for instance by sending us an e-mail or fax stating that you wish to cancel your purchase. You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing the parcel or by not collecting your parcel if you do not also notify us of your cancellation. While you may use the standard form provided by the law, this is not mandatory. 
You find the cancellation form at the end of your order confirmation. 
We consider the cooling-off period as honoured if you notify us of your cancellation within the 30-day limit as stated above. 
Returns and Cost of Returns 
If you have cancelled your purchase, you are obliged to return the item to us without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us that you wish to cancel your purchase. We consider the time limit as honoured if you return the goods before the 14 days have passed. You are responsible for the cost of return. Remember to fill out the cancellation form. 
If you wish to return an item you have received, you may choose to use the attached return label. Should you choose to use the return label, and you paid by card, we will subtract EUR 9 from the amount we are debiting you. If you chose invoice payments, we will issue a new invoice to the relevant amount.

Trying On the Items and Packaging 

You are responsible for any devaluation of the item due to other handling than what we consider necessary to establish the nature, properties and functionality of the item. 
We normally expect you to examine the item like you would and should in a physical store, but you are not allowed to start using the item. Should you have used the item in any way not allowed in-store, so that we cannot resell the item, or cannot charge full price for the item, you must expect us to subtract the devaluation of the item from the amount we refund you. There can be no smell or stains on the item. If the item is no longer sellable, we will not refund the purchase sum. 
You need to return the item in the original packaging, and all tags and labels must be attached to the item. Furthermore, you should ensure that the item is properly wrapped for shipment. You are responsible for any risks to the parcel and items until we have received it. For this reason, it's important that you save your postal receipt and shipment number. 


Refunding Money Owed 

Once you have cancelled your order, we will refund any and all payments we have received from you, including any shipment costs (with use of return label subtracted, if relevant). Delivery costs are only refunded if the entire order is cancelled. If you have chosen a form of delivery more expensive than the cheapest mode of delivery we offer, any extra expenses will not be refunded. 
We issue refunds without any unnecessary delays and under no circumstance later than 14 days after the date we received your notification of cancellation. We might, however withhold the refund until we have received the items in return, or until you have provided evidence of returning the items. 
If you paid using a card, we will refund to the account linked to the card you used to make your purchase. 



If you receive the wrong item, or a damaged or otherwise lacking item, we kindly ask you to get in touch by e-mailing, and we will find a solution. You may register a complaint within 24 months from the time of delivery. always follows the European Purchasing Law. 
We ask you to tell us the issue in all relevant detail. Feel free to fill in the return slip, stating all details of the issue. This isn't a demand, but it makes it easier for us to process your complaint. 
If the complaint is valid, we will refund any reasonable shipping costs. Remember that the item must always be shipped securely wrapped, and make sure you get a receipt of sending. Save your mailing receipt, including shipping costs and any shipping numbers. 
In accordance with the Purchasing Law, the customer is responsible should the item be damaged or disappear due to insufficient packaging. If the customer has the right to cancel the purchase but the item disappears despite being shipped responsible, the seller is held responsible.
